today

listening to: the sound effects from 'warcraft', which spencer is playing next to me.

craving: i think i'm all set, actually.

last night: i was in massachusetts yesterday, visiting my family and adam. adam and i wandered around beverly yesterday... it was all nostalgic. we went to the atomic cafe, to jerry's comics, etc. it was cool. then yesterday evening i had dinner with my grandmother. this morning i drove into cambridge to see my brother - who, incidentally, bought me a cell phone - and we went to see my grandfather, who's in the hospital right now but is going home tomorrow. my flight back to new york was at noon.

so far today: i got home around two, and spencer and i went to the new york aquarium, which is just endlessly cool. i saw fuckin penguins. and sharks. they rocked. then we got some food at the original nathan's of coney island [right next to astroland], did some errands, and now we're chillin.

later today: i think we're going to play warcraft for a while, and i'm going to play with my new phone, and at some point we're probably going to watch the movies we bought.

what else: i had this weird dream the other night involving a bunch of people i went to high school with. we were wandering around a funeral home, or something, and there were rows upon rows of glass-topped coffins. and everyone was looking at all the corpses, which for some reason were all dressed in renn-faire type clothes. and then some people started taking the corpses out of the coffins and pointing out bruises from strangulation, and cutting off limbs, and other rather gruesome things. it was odd. i don't usually have dreams like that.

coney island today was cool. and i'm glad to be back in nyc; i missed it and i missed spencer. it was good to see adam and everyone, though.
